Kick Boxing

So yesterday, after my post I went on a walk to my parents house from mine. It' about a 2 mile thing. maybe a bit more. I went in flip flops and now my feet hurt. I have this thing called plantar faciaitis (sp?),(no, it's not a fungus), where the tendons in the arch of my foot are really tight and get agitated easily. But, I've had it for years so I usually just deal. Well, this morning, in my "I will deal with it" sort of mind set, I went to a kick boxing class at 6:00. I don't know if it was because my feet hurt or what but I just wasn't feeling it. The girl in charge of the class was super motivated and gruff and I couldn't help thinking... "My feet hurt, ssshhhh." So, will I be going back to the class? Probably not. I think on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings I'll to my own type of training. Probably a tread mill. Actually, they do have cycling classes that morning. I heard that they're really tough. I'll give it a try though. But here's the thing to know about today. I got up and exercised. I'm not slacking off. I'm doing it. It'll take some time but already after only a week I'm feeling better. More energized. I missed it. Yeah me. Hehe.


Tomorrow, Power Pump again! Heck Yes!
